This website and its Services are operated by LML Studio, owned by Tommy Leclerc (Photographer) (“the Photographer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use the Services.

Use of Services

• You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

• You shall not attempt to interfere with the operation of the Services, including but not limited to introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or disrupting servers.

• You agree not to copy, scrape, or download content except as expressly permitted by the Photographer.

Accounts

• Some features may require you to create an account with Pixieset. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if misuse is suspected.

Intellectual Property

• All photographs, images, logos, text, and other materials displayed on the Services are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• No rights are granted to you beyond those expressly set out in the Digital Image License or other written agreements.

Purchases

• Purchases made through the Store are subject to our Terms of Sale.

• All digital downloads are subject to our Digital Image License.

• By making a purchase, you confirm your acceptance of these additional terms.

Third-Party Services

• Printing, payment processing, and hosting are provided by third-party vendors (including Pixieset).

• We are not liable for errors, delays, or damages caused by third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, LML Studio and Tommy Leclerc (Photographer) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the Services or purchase Products.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec, Canada.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
